CAN I PLAY WITH MY TEN PINS OR ARE THEY ORNAMENTAL ONLY?
Yes, you can play with them unless stated as Decor only. Our ten pins are hand painted and sealed to protect the paint (all non toxic). Although they are designed as primarily Decor with sensible use they can take a few knocks as a toy although we can't guarantee this.
WHAT AGE GROUP ARE THE CAROUSELS SUITABLE FOR?
Our Carousels are fantastic at promoting 'fine motor skills', 'hand/eye coordination', 'cause an effect' and encouraging imagination and role playing. Every child develops at different ages but in general this toy is suitable for approx 1year - 4years old.
We recommend that our finger puppets with leather or fur are better suited for the ages 3yrs+ due to choking risk if small parts were to become unattached. Although we give all our finger puppets the 'tug test' we can not guarantee they will stay attached with incorrect use. They are not to be used as a teething aid. All paints and glues used to create our products are sealed and non-toxic.
DO WE DO CUSTOM ORDERS OR COLORS?
Yes we can. Just contact us to discuss your ideas and we will see what we can do.
NOTE: If applicable please request your choice of colors through the paypal section in 'Instructions to Merchant' or contacting us otherwise we will not be able to process your order.
ORDERING/PAYMENTS
You can pay via Online Banking or PayPal.
When you complete your order online you will be directed to PayPal, where you can pay securely with your registered credit card. NOTE: please request your choice of colors (if applicable) by contacting us or if ordering through paypal you can leave a note in 'Instructions to Merchant' section otherwise we will not be able to process your order.

Payment is required in full before all products are shipped out.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Our current processing times to hand make your orders is approx one week from when your order is placed and then the postage time on top. Once NZ orders are posted we will send you a tracking number. Overseas orders do not come with a tracking number unless arranged prior to posting but we will inform you when your order is shipped from NZ.
DELIVERY & POSTAGE COSTS
Domestic orders are sent via NZ Couriers or NZ Post , they are tracked and should arrive within 1-5 business days. We will send you your tracking number once goods are sent either via the 'shipped' paypal option or in a message to your email/fb/insta if payment is made via internet banking.
We are happy to send to Rural addresses so we have made this an option when selecting our products to purchase through the dropdown box menu. Just choose the option that applies to you.
All Australian orders should arrive within 5-10 business days and are not tracked. We are happy to arrange tracking via a courier company if requested at the purchasers cost.
We are happy to send overseas. Please contact us to arrange tracking on Australian orders or for postage costs to other countries.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item you are interested in purchasing is displayed as ‘Out of Stock’, please contact us for details on if or when the item will be available. We do have pre-order options available on most items if not instock.

Any personal information that you provide to us, including your name, address and email will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold to any other entities or individuals outside of Fox & Child. Your information will only be used to process your order. We do not collect or store any credit card information associated with your purchase when placing an online order. All our payments online are made securely via PayPal.
